Adopt-a-Child Christmas Drive

Each year church partners support Reach Out Lakota's Holiday Program and Stepping Forward's Christmas Toy Shoppe by purchasing toys and gift cards for children in need in our community.   Together these two programs provide toys or gift cards for nearly 1000 children in need each year.  Parents participating in Stepping Forward's Christmas Toy Shop are able to give their children Christmas gifts by purchasing donated gifts at drastically reduced costs.  Email Cathy Borders, Director of Outreach, at info@thefaithalliance.com for more information.

2022 - This year's Christmas Drive kicked off November 1st with 12 church partners participating.  Over 1000 children in need received gifts or gift cards at Reach Out Lakota or Stepping Forward this year!  It was a joy to see the wonder of Christmas on so many families' faces as they received gifts for their children.

2021

This program became an official outreach program of the Faith Alliance in 2021.  Twelve church partners participated in the program in 2021 helping to provide gifts for nearly 1000 children at Reach Out Lakota and Stepping Forward.  A special thank you to Hillandale Communities for transporting our donated gifts to Reach Out Lakota.
